Neon Chambers / Player information
Neon Chambers privacy policy
Effective 9 October 2026 · Updated 2 November 2026
This policy explains how ShiroGames ("we," "us," or "our") handles information when you play Neon Chambers (the "Game") or contact us. For privacy questions or requests, email abdmaher01@gmail.com.
1. Information handled by the Game
- Game progress and preferences. The Game saves information on your device, including completed levels, scores or stars, moves, completion times, hearts, settings, privacy choices, and purchase status.
- Cloud progress and player identity. When cloud services are available, Unity Authentication creates or reuses a player identity, which may be anonymous, and Unity Cloud Save backs up completed-level records, including best stars, moves, and completion times. Hearts, daily refill balances, settings, and purchase entitlements are not part of this progress backup. If a supported linked sign-in option is available and used, the service processes the identifiers and authentication information needed to link that account. We do not receive your account password.
- Google Play Games. Where Play Games features are available, signing in uses your Play Games player identity to associate achievements and your Total Stars Earned score with your profile. Leaderboard visibility depends on your Play Games settings.
- Advertising and technical information. Advertising providers may process your IP address, approximate location inferred from it, advertising or device identifiers, device and operating-system information, app version, ad views and interactions, and diagnostic information. What is processed depends on the provider, device settings, region, and privacy choices.
- Purchases, where offered. The app store and Unity In-App Purchasing process purchase information. The Game receives product, transaction, receipt, and entitlement information needed to grant or restore purchases, such as Remove Ads and Unlimited Tries. We do not receive your full payment-card details.
- Support messages. If you email us, we receive your email address, the content of your message, and any information or attachments you choose to provide.
2. How information is used
Information is used to operate the Game, save and synchronize progress, grant rewards, process and restore purchases, remember privacy choices, respond to support requests, troubleshoot service problems, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. Advertising information is used to deliver and measure ads and, where permitted by your choices and applicable law, personalize them.
3. Advertising and your choices
The Game uses Unity LevelPlay (ironSource) for advertising, including optional rewarded ads that can grant an extra heart. Ad delivery may involve participating advertising networks. The Game uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to present applicable privacy messages and manage advertising choices.
Where available, open Settings → Privacy to review or change your choices. You can also use your device's advertising privacy settings. Declining personalized advertising does not necessarily remove all ads: limited or non-personalized ads may remain available when permitted. If ads cannot be requested, rewarded-ad benefits may be unavailable while ordinary gameplay remains accessible. A privacy choice is separate from any Remove Ads purchase.
Provider details and privacy controls are available in the Unity Game Player and App User Privacy Policy, ironSource Privacy Policy, and Google Privacy Policy. Where a consent message provides a vendor list, review it for the advertising partners relevant to your choices.
4. When information is shared
Information is handled by the providers needed for the features above, including Unity's advertising, authentication, cloud-save and purchasing services, Google for consent and applicable platform services, app stores for transactions, and participating ad networks for ad delivery. Some providers process information for their own purposes under their privacy policies. We may also disclose information when required by law or when necessary to address fraud, security incidents, or protect legal rights.
Advertising-related disclosures may qualify as "sharing" or a "sale" under some privacy laws, even without a direct payment for information. Use the available privacy controls or contact us to exercise applicable opt-out rights.
5. Legal grounds and international processing
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on providing the service you request for essential game features, legitimate interests for support, security and fraud prevention where these do not override your rights, legal obligations, and consent where required for advertising or other processing. You may withdraw consent through available privacy controls without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Service providers may process information in countries outside your own. Where required, international transfers must be covered by appropriate legal safeguards, such as approved contractual terms. Provider policies explain their processing locations and transfer arrangements.
6. Retention and deletion
Local game information remains on your device until it is cleared or removed, subject to your device's backup and restore settings. Clearing local data can permanently remove progress that has not been recoverably backed up. An anonymous cloud identity may not be recoverable after reinstalling the Game.
Cloud progress and related player records are retained to provide progress backup while needed for that purpose. Support correspondence is retained as needed to address your request and related issues. Transaction or security records may need to be kept longer for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention or dispute purposes. Advertising and platform providers apply their own retention policies. Uninstalling the Game does not automatically delete information already held by these services.
To request deletion of information associated with your use of the Game, including cloud player records, email abdmaher01@gmail.com with the subject "Neon Chambers data deletion request." Describe your request and include a player identifier if you have one. We may ask for proportionate information to locate the records and verify the request. Do not send passwords or payment-card details. Where a provider independently controls information, we may direct you to its request process. Some records may be retained where legally required or permitted.
7. Your privacy rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of your personal information; restrict or object to certain processing; withdraw consent; and opt out of certain advertising uses. Contact us at the address below to make a request. We will handle requests within the period required by applicable law. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
8. Children
Neon Chambers is a general-audience game and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, or below the relevant age where local law requires a higher threshold, without any legally required parental consent. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action, including deletion where required.
9. Security
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information and services involved. No electronic storage or transmission method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the Game or its services change. The updated version will appear here with a revised date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request consent for material changes.
